Ambassadors Committee

Chamber Ambassadors are the official welcoming and outreach group for new and ongoing members. All new members are paired with an Ambassador upon joining.

Charles River Regional Networkers

This group meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month at 8:20 a.m. via Zoom.

Diversity and Inclusion Committee

Creates programming designed to help our members understand the value and benefits to creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace. Also advises chamber leadership to ensure our board, committees and programming reflect those same values.

Environment Committee

The environment committee promotes green initiatives and helps businesses adopt environmentally friendly practices in cost efficient ways.

Finance Committee

A sub-committee of the Board of Directors led by the chamber's treasurer, the Finance Committee provides oversight of the chamber's budget and financial policies.

Golf Committee

Assists the staff with the planning and execution of our annual Golf Tournament.

Governance Committee

A sub-committee of the Board of Directors, the Governance Committee makes recommendations related to board role, composition and by-laws. The committee nominates qualified individuals based on criteria to be elected as board members.

N2 Business Forum

The driving force of the N2 Innovation District initiative, this group of public officials, property owners, entrepreneurs, educators, and business leaders in the N2 Innovation district. The group develops programming and key initiatives designed to further develop the N2 Innovation District as a destination for innovation sector companies, as well as to cultivate a live, learn, work, play culture within the area.

N3G Networking Group

Make the Right Connections to Build Your Business N3G is a networking and referral group for businesses serving the Newton and Needham area. The group meets on a bi-weekly basis to allow members to share ideas and learn from each other. Members also hold one-on-one meetings to learn more about each other's business. This allows members to build trust and improve their ability to provide each other with quality referrals.

Needham Business Alliance

Business, civic and community leaders work together to ensure the economic and cultural vitality of Needham through events, awareness campaigns and strategic initiatives.

Nonprofit Committee

Coordinates events and initiatives designed to support the nonprofit community. Includes informal networking events, periodic guest speakers and targeted workshops. The group also seeks to build valuable and lasting partnerships between for-profit and nonprofit members of the chamber.

Real Estate Committee

Advises the chamber’s president and board of directors on real estate trends policies and developments. Also organizes events and programming to benefit both the commercial and residential sectors as well as our general business community and civic decision-makers.

Restaurant Committee

A forum for owners and managers to share information, innovative ideas and collaborate on ways to nurture our local hospitality industry.

Riverside Networking Group

The Riverside Networking Group meets every other Wednesday at 12:30pm a the Riverside Business Center, 275 Grove Street, Auburndale. The group is not currently seeking new members, but please contact Group Leader, Craig Tanny about potential future openings.

Scholarship Committee

The chamber awards up to four scholarships annually to graduating high school seniors from Newton, Needham, Watertown and Wellesley. Every spring, the scholarship committee reviews applications and awards the scholarships based on established criteria.

Success in the City

Success in the City is a small networking group for women business owners or sales professionals with no less than 5 years in her current business. Our members are dynamic, successful and giving: willing to share and support others.

Tuesday AM REN Group

The Tuesday Morning REN is a group of business individuals that meet bi-weekly in a round table coffee format culture to exchange qualified business referrals. Wednesday Afternoon Roundtable Networking Group

We are a group of like-minded business professionals helping each other grow and overcome some of the challenges we face when running our businesses. We exchange referrals and knowledge every other Wednesday at 4pm. Wellesley Business Alliance

Comprised of business, civic and community leaders working together to ensure the economic and cultural vitality of Wellesley through awareness campaigns, strategic initiatives and events.

Women's Impact Network Steering Committee

Organizes a wide variety of networking opportunities, social events, business development workshops and panel discussions. Events include the very popular members-only Women's Impact Network lunch series as well as periodic seminars and guest speakers.

Young Professionals Group

The chamber’s young professionals group provides opportunities for professionals under 40 to network, foster professional development and engage in community activism through topical conversations, social meet-ups, workshops and other initiatives.
